At STC Footwear, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your stride, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, our team is here to ensure your exchange or refund process is seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
